[SOLVED] Volume buttons on an IBM laptop R51

Hi, I can't get the volume display on the laptop (IBM R51) to show on the screen when I use the volume buttons on the laptop. The buttons work fine in adjusting the volume but I get no display to show how loud it is ?

You need the HOTKEY driver which includes On Screen Display

Re: [SOLVED] Volume buttons on an IBM laptop R51

Not solved! The link given only supports the R51 for Vista. I'm running XP.

Should I install it anyway and hope it works and doesn't mess up my system?
