HP ze2000 internal wireless problem.
Hello,
My friends HP ze2000 laptop is haing some trouble with its wireless card. It has a broadcom internal wirless card. I am running windows XP Pro, SP2. I can't figure out why the card will not see the local wireless connection. My own laptop sees this connection fine. I am wondering if there is a diagnostics tool I can run to tell me if this is a hardware problem of if it is a software issue. I guess I was hoping you could help me begin the troubleshooting, or steer me in the right direction. -phil |
