HP pavilion ze4200 help
Hi i have a lot of problems with this little laptop. The ac cord is messed up so when i barley touch it, it shorts out and turns the computer off. I Can get that fixed but thats not the main issue.
Lately the computer has been acting funny. the power cord when plugged in never showed that it was powerd up and i couldn't turn it on. i had to take out the HD and press the reset button on it and what not just to get the power to connect and to show that there was power going to the laptop. then when i try and turn it on it freezes up. I can't get past the HP logo. and when i hit the bios key it just goes to bios and freezes. I think i may have a virus on this computer but i don't think a virus is to blame here. Anyone got any suggestions? |
