Cant get CD/RW to work with Toshiba Protege 3480CT laptop
I have a memorex external CD/RW, I would like to connect to my older Toshiba Protege 3480Ct laptop, but I cannot get the thing to work on the laptop, I know it works because I connected it to my desktop just fine.
