Well some details will help, but assuming it to be a store bought unit with preloaded software then it should either have some recovery disks, or built in recovery software, do you see any special menu's mentioned upon booting to do with restoring settings ?
But if you can tell us what make\model unit you have is, and if it was preloaded by a store and we can try and advise more. |
