sony vaio laptop pcg-7h1audio volume display
hi everyone
i needed to format laptop and reinstall win xp. everything else was setup effectively by downloading some drivers from e_support sony.now the volume up down buttons do effectively change volume except the display that used to appear on monitor does not appear anymore.i will appreciate help. baldev |

Hi Baldev,
I know your post was from awhile ago, but I'm having the same exact problem now on my Sony Vaio laptop, except with Vista. I reinstalled Vista and downloaded the drivers from esupport, but the volume buttons no longer show a display on the screen. I was wondering whether you were able to fix your problem, and how you did it. I hope you get this -- please help! I've been on the phone with Sony tech support for about an hour and they haven't been able to figure it out! |
