IBM Thinkpad 360 won't start!

Hi there,

When I start my laptop I get the following error message;

warning: IRQ not configured - PCI Bus : 00 Device : 0A Function 00

I went into the setup and set everything to default.

Windows XP starts to load and then the screen just goes black and all you can see is the white mouse arrow head.

Can anyone help me please? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you have a mini PCI wireless card, remove that. When you go into the BIOS, select the option that loads the defaults (don't manually change the values to their default settings yourself). Then try to boot. If it boots OK, you can put the wireless card back in.
