Dell Latitude CP M233ST display has redish hue

Dell Latitude CP M233ST, Display Has red graphics and red text. I formatted harddrive and reinstalled win98se. I installed chipset drivers and sound and video drivers. Anyone know what my proplem is?
info on my laptop---Dell Latitude CP M233ST--Processor-M233 MHZ/MMX--memory-96 MB--Video card--Neomagic 2160--audio--Crystal 4237B--Harddrive-12073 MB--BIOS--ver-A13--System tag-ZJ3JG

Try hooking it up to an external monitor. This will tell us if it is the display or graphics card.
