laptop shuting down

I have an Acer aspire series laptop and here is my problem
I tried restarting my laptop in safe mode, but I shut down right when I could see the desktop.
I remembered that I just backed up everything and just used the e-recovery during start up.
I clicked (restore to factory thingie) but the computer shut down DURING THE DAMN RECOVERY
so I start it up again
it says: NTDLR missing or corrupted
I do the alt + F10 again to do e-recovery again
it starts and it shuts down again!!
I decided to try one last time before calling for help, but now it won´t enter to e-recovery
dammit, what do I do?
I seriously freaking out. :(

Hello and Welcome to TSF

Possibly a failing hard drive, Find the manufacturer of your hard drive and run their Hard Drive Diagnostics Utility.

Re: laptop shuting down

Turn the laptop upside down, there will be several areas where you can remove screws and remove a cover. Should be somewhere under one of those.

Re: laptop shuting down

You never mentioned a warranty, if thats the case use that to your advantage and return to the place of purchase to get repaired
