New laptop, boot errors.

I just baught a Acer 5570z.

Apparently when my friend opened the package, Turned it on etc.. He accidently turned the computer off. Apparently the system was installing vista. So now when i turn on my laptop i receive this error.

" The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered and unexspected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer, and the restart the installation. "

I havent even been able to get past this at all, Theres no extra CD's. And acer tech support is stupid. These has to be some kind of restore or sumething in the bios right ?

did'nt it come with windows preinstalled
does it have a restore partition,which you access by pressing one of the F keys at boot

I have just purchased a 5570 for my wife and it comes with a recovery Partition

Kodi has the solution in his last post. That is the standard procedure for accessing restore partitions on Acer laptops.

Did you reinstall Vista successfuly?
