Toshiba Keycodes

Looking for any help or direction with keycodes.

I was going to sell my unit so I took out the harddrive. About a week later I decided to keep it and do some upgrades. When I put the harddrive back in and booted it up the unit prompt me to enter the keycodes which was on the back of the box that I don't have anymore.

I spent over 4 hours on calls to Toshiba an attempt to get my keycodes. They told me I needed the e-mail address that I registered the unit with and my name to receive the info. The tech said he found my name but my info didn't match. I asked him to check again and he said that now it matches but it's expired.

Please Help.
