RESOLVED Need Help AMD Turion 64 Notebook

Hallo ppl, im new here, and sorry for my english, i had very serious problem and need help.
I use Acer Aspire 5020 WLCi, here my specification :

-AMD Turion 64, ML-34
-Phoenix Bios, V1.18
-ATI Mobility Radeon x700 PCIe, 128 MB VRAM,
-2048 installed RAM,
-windows xp sp2 OS
-Hitachi 60 GB HDD

i bought for about 13-14 months ago (guarante expired), and it's ok, but 2 days ago, my notebook go to bsod suddenly, and i try out to restart, but it show out 'ntldr or something like boot file error', so, i try to repair by boot windows xp cd, but when on menu with choice to "repair" after choose this option it was go back to bsod.

then i'm try out to did this :

i remove my notebook harddisk, and i install this hard disk to other computer then try to boot it, it's show same error about "ntldr", so again, i try to boot windows xp cd and choose repair, for this step, it's ok. then finally, i re-assemble my notebook hd to notebook. but the bsod keep show out and it's so fast ( i can't see bsod error code), so now i can not boot anything (from cd-rom drive, USB, and HD) from my notebook. Also it's look the temperature go up quickly ( for about 4-5 minutes, my notebook automatically shut down because of temperature).
Also after some guy told me to use Ultimate Boot Cd, i try out this, so when i run memtest i found out, 1 chip of ram show error on memtest, but the other one show no error, now i run my note book with 1 chip ram with no error, but still it didnot boot to windows.

please i really need help for my problem, thanks before.

Hi,

Try booting into Safe Mode and see if that fixes it. If not, the hard disk could be an issue. From Ultimate Boot CD, Run the Hitachi Drive Fitness Test and see if that picks up any problems with the hard disk.

Good news. If that stick of RAM gives you trouble, you can always replace it. That laptop takes DDR333 PC2700 RAM.
