Power Point Presentation from Toshiba A60

HI

I Operate on XP on my Toshiba A60 which has Power Point 2003 installed. I have no problem doing a presentation using just the lap top monitor, however I wish to use my Laptop and also connect it to an External TV (AV) for larger display. I have used a S Video cord to the rear of my Lap top and the plug into Audio in on the TV, I am not getting a thing!!!. Is there a correct and proven procedure to switch the external monitor on through my Lap top, I have seen these types of presentations before using this type of set up, I must be missing soemthing!

, but no where in the Power Point Help or the Toshiba A60 manual does it inform you how to do it. Help Please!!

Sounds like the problem is on the TV side. Does the tv have a Svideo connector? Did you switch the tv to the video input?
