Convetible tablet with 256MB Video?

Is there a convertible tablet out there with at least 256MB Video Ram?
Because I couldn't find one.

You're best bet is to get a tablet PC with a GMA950, that is the best graphics you will find. It has 128 MB shared. If you need a dedicated GPU, don't get a tablet PC.

well thanks for your reply. I know it is only a matter of time until tablets with 256MB video will come out. Should be pretty soon especially with vista.
So yeah does any one know if a tablet with 256MB video will come out in the next couple months?

I don't know of any specifically, but any laptop with a dedicated card should have 256 MB of video memory even if it is shared. If you need 256 MB dedicated, look for The Geforce Go 7600 and up, and the Mobility Radeon X1600 and up. How come you need 256 MB specifically?

it just that I am going to buy a new notebook and I would prefere a convetible tablet.
It doesn't need to be 256 MB specifically, more like 256MB and up lol.
I just want that much because the notebook I am using now has 32 MB and it is very frustrating not being able to play most of the new games out there.

So if I am going to buy something new why not go for something you really want.

Any dedicated card will be a large upgrade. Even look for the Radeon Xpress 200M, 1100 and 1150, as those use the Mobility Radeon X300 GPU. With Vista comming out, you will see the Xpress 1250 cards, so look for those in Vista ready tablet PCs.
