RESOLVED File Trnasfer
I recently made the mistake of transfering my files from my old computer to my new one. I thought I would be able to select just the programs I wanted. Well I ended up transfering everything to my new machine including the old machines problems. I ran a system restore on the new machine in order to get it to run, how do I get all the junk removed from my new computer? Do I need to do a complete re-install of operating system? I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition.

If you do the system restore to before the file transfer, then you should have removed all the programs installed. Otherwise, go through the add/remove programs and see if you can get rid of the unnecesary things.
