Laptop freezez at start
Hello. My sister is having trouble with her toshiba laptop. This all started yesturday. When she loggs on her account and after like a minute or so it just freezes. She cant do nothing but restart. It happens every time. I tried system restore and it didnt work. I tried defrag it but it freezes during it. I was only thinking of formating and starting fresh. Any ideas? Thanks.

Boot up in safe mode and see if this happens. Also, download Memtest86 from my sig and burn it to a CD. Then, run it for about 6 hours.
If you could post specs of this laptop, that would help. Create a report with Everest from my sig if you don't know.
