Toshiba Satelite M45-s169 Bad Mobo??

Unit does nothing. Checked dc power jack, and it tests god. It does not even light up the charge indicator when pluged in. I think that the motherboard is bad, but not sure. Have checked everything, total disassemble and still no problems seen in the hardware. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks, NEO

the HD or lights dont even come on?

Nothing happens, not even an indication that the power supply has been pluged in.

maybe the PSU is dead...

psu is fine, i have checked everything and I now believe that it is the mobo
