Exact same problem
Hello, I'm having the exact same problem, and I did write down the exact error.
Starting about 24 hours ago, my computer is constantly dropping the blue screen of death. It happens at seemingly random intervals - could be 20 seconds after windows starts (before I do anything) or an hour into a session. Sometimes solid blue where I have to force it to turn off, sometimes with a blue screen error message, and once it just restarted instantly on its own. It's a laptop, and it doesn't matter whether it's on battery or plugged in. Originally I suspected Warcraft but it happens regardless of whether I run that program, and can happen even just after windows boots. Other than the random blue screen reset , *everything else* appears to be working normal. No lag in programs, nothing suspicious running be it program or process, etc etc. But of course, I can't do work or play when I'm constantly hard reset with no save (it even did it the first time I tried to write this thread). I've got no leads, and have been trying various diagnostics to no avail. When the blue screen does display an error, it's always the same: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL *** STOP 0X000000D1 (0X02F25000, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0X02F2250000) with no additional info to shed light on anything. Yep, I did Google that, but all the results speculate on causes ranging from drivers, to software/updates, to power cord malfunctions ... (ie - no help at all). I've not updated any drivers or software, nor done anything to the system or hardware recently. It's been working fine and in fact I've never seen a blue screen on this machine before until the this started yesterday. Thanks so much for any help. |

Hello and welcome to the forum. "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" is usually a memory issue. if you have 2 so-dimms of memory then pull one out and see if it works, then swap them and try again to isolate which so-dimm is bad
