Is that one equal in quality to the Seagate?

I would put seagate and western digital as equals in quality. the seagate is likely a tad faster ( 8mb cache) as opposed to wd's 2 mb. i'd base the purchase on length of warranty and cache size

I bought a segate momentus about 6 months ago. I'm 95% sure it was 5 year. I used the cache size warranty basis as the determining factor. As a plus, the 5400rpm and larger cache are definitely noticeable
