Toshiba M40

Hi Guys

i recently bought a toshiba m4o laptop from ebuyer and it has a 1 year warranty with it. When i received it i set it up but it has an annoying problem, it sometimes clicks wherever the mouse pointer is without me touching anything, it does this every few seconds so its pretty much impossible to use. Do yo reckon the best thing it to get toshiba to send a fresh one or is there a simple way to fix this, im assuming the best thing is to just get a replacement?

A good temporary fix would be to disable the accupoint or touchpad in device manager and then use a wired mouse in its place.

You may want to look into calling the warranty HQ- they'll probably be more keen on getting it repaired than replaced, unless toshiba's warranty dept is as absolutely atrocious as I hear it is...
