Ram for laptop
I have HP Pavilion ze 5375us with a P4 2.4 gig cpu with a 533mgz frontside bus. It came with 512 mgs ram at a 266 mgz frontside. I went to Crucial.com and it said it would take ram with a 333 mgz frontside bus (max 1 gig) So I went out and bought and installed 1 gig pc 2700 (333 mgz) ram. The HP parts website says that it takes ram with a 266 mgz frontside bus. I am I better off with 266 mgz ram or 333 mgz? Thanks Jim

Although you won't see a huge performance difference, you should go with 333 MHz RAM if the laptop supports it. If it only supports 266 MHz RAM, the the 333 MHz RAM you got will only run at 266 MHz speeds.
