Problem with SATA drives?

I just finished building a new computer, with this setup:

Thermaltake XASER, Armor Series VA8000BWS Black Aluminum/Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Thermaltake W0093RU ATX 12V 2.0 Version 500W Power Supply
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound
Western Digital Raptor WD740GD 74GB 10,000 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive
2 X Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
Microsoft Windows XP Professional With SP2
Intel Pentium D 930 Presler 800MHz FSB LGA 775 Dual Core Processor Model BX80553930
LITE-ON Black ATAPI/E-IDE DVD Burner With LightScribe and 5X DVD-RAM Write Model SHM-165H6S
SAPPHIRE 100129L Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card CORSAIR XMS2 2GB
(2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Unbuffered System Memory Model TWIN2X2048-5400c4
Intel BOXD975XBXLKR Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard

I am having a problem loading the windows XP pro OEM cd...

it says either the acpi.sys file is corrupted, or that it cannot load vgaoem.fon could not be loaded, the error code is 4, and also the usbehci.sys is corrupted .

Any ideas, could this be a problem with my SATA drives... i am not sure if i have to load a SATA driver before it will write to the HDD's
