hard drive cloning......

i was just wondering if anyone knows of any decent hard drive cloning programs out there that can be downloaded for free? well dont need to be free, but would like it to be... lol..

Hi,

Free ones can be found in many of the hard drive manufacturer's utility on their website. For example, Maxtor has the Maxblast4 which has this capability.

My personal preference is the old 2003 version of Ghost by Norton. You can pick up an old copy on Ebay for less that ten bucks some times including shipping.

I just used XXClone and it worked flawlessly. Free download.

Hi,

I just downloaded and tried XXClone...what a great free program and easier than the Norton Ghost program I mentioned.

Therefore, I also can recommend this program. It is the easiest one I have ever used.
