In Harddrive Hell...
HELP ----
I am trying install an old 80GB WD HD into a new system to get the OS (XP) to come up. It boots and then right as you see the WIN XP logo, it flashes a blue screen and then re-boots. I know that it is a no-no to install an old populated drive into a new system, but I need to be able to get into it and transfer to a new SATA 250GB Seagate. The old system will not accept SATA. Any ideas??? Thanks- |
