no cdrom
sir
I have a hard drive moble in my computer and use a wd 40gig and a seagate 80gig hard drive. I have a Sony cd rom drive. I installed win98 on the seagate with no problem ( it sets my sony cd rom to G:) However, when I put the wd400 drive in the moble and install win98 there is no G: drive and no sony cd rom? What am I doing wrong with the WD drive? Dick |

what is a moble
check the jumpers on the drives wd has a different jumper setting to most drives single master = jumper removed master with slave slave
