Question SATA A little guidance please

I have just successfully installed a Maxtor 200Gb SATA drive and configured it
as my primary boot drive. my question is how should the jumper be set on my old IDE drive so that I can use it simply as additional storage?

Set it to master on one of the ide cables. Dont put it on same cable as a
cdrom drive. If you have 2 hdds on the same cable master/slave.

You leave the jumpers as is, you change the bios settings to start the SATA as the boot drive.

Then when in windows, you just reformat the IDE drive.
