Drive failure

When I start my system I get the message WDC WD3200AAJS-65VWAD 12.01B02 Hard disk failure is iminent, backup and replace.
I have an another hard disk of the same model and want to know if I can tranfer all my data on to it along with the operating system.

If you want the OS and installed application then you will need to use something to clone the disk driveimagexml, xxclone, ghost etc...

Look I don't feel comfortable doing this and if you don't mind please help me out here.
Have downloaded a program to clone TrueImage 2010.
I need to know what I need to do in order to get the operating software or system on to the unused drive. Running Vista Ultimate can I just Restore my computer from a Windows Complete PC backup and Restore Image.

I've never used that app. Even the WD disk tools should be able to clone the drive. You need an app to clone or copy all of the files, including the partition information from drive A to drive B. A Restore won't work.
