I am using celeron processor . During floods my cpu is drowned and my harddisk is not working .what should i do to work it. Harddisk's company is seagate

Hi and welcome.
Could you please provide your system details? Make, model, and so forth. If it is a "custom" build please provide the details on the components. Please elaborate a little more on the "during floods" part for us. Are you saying that your computer was plugged in, running, and then was flooded with water or are you saying the PC was just plugged in and not on when it happened or was it not plugged in or on when it was flooded? Also, HOW much of the system was exposed to the water? Thanks!

Basically, if the HD was submerged At all, then the drive needs to be replaced. Water would enter the drive, and as it dries, will deposit all the good stuff dissolved in water ( like minerals, iron, calcium etc on the platters and heads.
