hey every body,
my pc was working very well and after some updates for motherboard which is MSI i had to restart my Pc but nothing happened except a black window and no booting beep while all fans are spining and the screen light is amber the power light is working,but the hard LED is off, tried to remove cmos,rams,VGA,CD,audio card almost every thing and tried to boot again but it was the same result,tried to boot from different hard disk but was the same problem CD is acting like dead every thing is out of work except the fans and the power LED. Please need help in this matter and thanks. |

Remove all of the addon cards (video card, sound card, etc.), RAM, and disconnect all of the drive cables from the motherboard. You should then only have the motherboard with cpu. Nothing else now be connected to the MB. Try to boot, you should get beep codes (error codes). If you don't, you have a failed motherboard, cpu, or power supply. If you do get the beep codes, then power off and reinstall the RAM. Try to boot again, you should get more beep codes, shut down and install the video card. Try to boot again, you should see a post error for missing HDD. Shut down and reconnect the HDD cable.
