Problems with hard disk
Hi every one
Recently I installed new hardware [320GB hard disk, 2GB RAM, Intel mother board DG41RQI] I am staying in college hostel. I went to home for 15 days during holidays by neatly packing my desktop and putting it safely. When I came back, computer isn’t starting showing the error ‘ntldlr’ file missing unable to start. I tried to format my comp but in vain showing error ‘hard disk may be damaged or not plugged in properly’ When I re-plugged the hard disk to mother board data cable my computer started without formatting it [with old OS]. But the same problem occurred after 3 days and I did same to rectify it. Can anyone tell what might be the exact reason for this??? New hardware was installed just 2 months back and worked properly till I went to home without any error. During the holidays there were heavy rains in this area. To best of knowledge I packed it and put it in nice manner with covers. Please help me. I am very much thankful to U. |
