Help Needed to recover files

I used Password Folder from the following link:
www.brothersoft.com/password-folder-58297.html

The help file says you can right click on the folder and click on "lock". To unlock a folder, you can right click on the locked folder, select unlock, enter password. However after the locked the folder, I do not get the unlock option. The locked folder has changed into a "show desktop" icon and doubleclicking on it opens the Control Panel. I used PowerISO to rip the files from the folder. They are all pictures. NOw I can see the files but opening any picture shows "No preview available" error. Any help !!!!!!!!
Please I am desperate. I have written to the software vendor also with no response.

Re: Help Needed to recover files

Unfortunately forum ruls prohibit us from providing support to bypass passwords and other security measures since it is impossible for us to determine proper ownership of the data.
