hard drive not accessible

today i tried to access my E: drive and got this error

can any one help i tried checkdisk but did not repair it

Start with test_disk as in this sticky Have you "lost" a hard drive, partition or files in your computer?

done that the error has changed now tells me the parameters are incorrect

i have used getdataback i watched all my files go through the list and it still says parameters are incorrect?

Where are you getting that error with Getdataback? When you try to recover the files to another disk or when GDB is scanning the disk?

it scans the disk finds all my stuff which is on there but still i can not access it

Are you trying to open it from the GDB interface or copy it out to another disk?

i have managed to get my stuff copied from the drive now well 90% of it which is a relief thanx for the support :)

will just have to format the drive now and hopefully i can open it in my computer
