Re: how do i install 2 OS
You can simply install Vista and select the second drive when you install. It will modify the boot loader on the first disk so you will have a boot options menu to select which windows version you want to boot. Be aware however, in this configuration if you remove the first disk, the Vista installation will no longer boot. Windows manages the boot configuration for multiple versions of the OS pretty tranparently provided the older version of Windows is installed first - which is your case. The reason Vista will not be bootable if the first drive is not available is because the OS ( any OS just not windows) has to place it's boot loader on the first physical drive at a specific location so the BIOS code can find it to start loading the OS. The BIOS has no idea what OS it will be loading, or where that OS is actually installed. That information is all in the boot loader code, so the BIOS just goes to a specific location on the first physical drive and executes the code it finds there to begin booting the OS.

Re: how do i install 2 OS
Hi,
First you posted at 4am this morning, I recommend that you don't bump your post for at least 24 hours without a response, you waited 4 hours that unacceptable! I believe that you have a couple of options. The first is to run the installer and when you have to choose what drive to install on just choose the drive that you want in this case the 200gb drive. Then just run the installer and you are all set. Second you can open your case and unplug the cable from the 100gb drive. Then you can close up the case and start it up. Next go into your bios and make sure that you can see the 200gb drive and not the 100gb drive. After that you can run the installer and choose the 200gb drive and finish the install. Those are the ways that I know how to do it. There might be a couple of others but I am sure that other members will chime in with ideas. Cheers!
