Problem with External drive
any one help me ,i had 100 gb of movies etc on my xternal hdd but when i turned it on this morn the movies had gone ,but to my amazment the 100 gb space they inhabited was still gone too aaaaggghhh plz help

 and welcome to the ForumI moved your post since it was unrelated to the thread it was in. What Brand/Model is the external drive? . . Was it plugged in and being used full time?
