Computer won't read my HDD

Hey :)

I just installed a new HDD into my computer. A 160g HDD ontop of my 80g. But on My Computer, only the 80g C drive shows up. the 160g one shows up on Device Manager but I can't acces it from My Computer and store things on it. What do you think is wrong.

Did you go into disk management and initialize, create a partition and format the drive?

Does formatting the hard drive works for you? And also make sure that the drive is detected in bios?
