320gb My Book disconnects Ipod Touch
I'm running Windows Xp SP3, using an external usb Western Digital 320gb hard drive. Whenever this drive is connected I cannot get my PC to recognize my ipod touch. All of my music is stored on this drive, so I have to transfer files to my pc, disconnect the drive, and then I can get my ipod to connnect.
I've tried everything I know to solve this, and still no luck. I have the most updated drivers for both devices, I also went out and bought a powered USB Hub thinking it was a power issue, and I also tried changing the drive letter for the MY Book thinking it was a drive letter conflict. And now I'm at a loss and hoping someone else can help me. Thanks in advance. |
