Hitachi hard drive Boot Failure

I recently put in a new harddrive for my cyber power gaming laptop after the first one bugged out a few months ago. Its the exact same harddrive in everysingle way, same brand mgs', and SN. When I power on the laptop this is what i get:

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 082)
Copyright (c) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

For Realtek RTL8111B/8168B Gigabit Ethernet Controller v2.02 (060301)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.

Boot Failure
Press any key to contine_

If I hit a key it just keeps repeating that message. Does anyone know what this means? Am I missing something and how can I correct it?

Check your BIOS boot order, it is trying to boot from a network boot point on teh ethernet card...

ok found it.

Boot Device 1 [PATA: optiarc DVD RW AD-753...]
Boot Device 2 [USB hotplug FDD]
Boot Device 3 [Realtek Boot Agent]
Boot Device 4 [SATA: Hitachi HTS723232l9A3...]

Move the entry for the SATA HD so it is above the realtek boot agent entry

Same message is popping up but now when I go into boot order my USB hotplugg is missing

And the sata is above the realtek? Then it sounds like the boot loader on teh HD is bad or missing... what is the OS?
