Excatly what they say, digital media, this would handle about 20 - 30 minutes of full quality HD video, with the horsepower to render (proc and ram ) then it would be a definite improvement. For the average home user? Probably not much use. But if running complex simulations ( Weather modeling ) or for Video and Multi-Media work, it could be a major improvement, provided you had something behind it. Like they say, workstation calss machines maybe ( quad procesor Xeons come to mind LOL )
