Free harddriver partitioning/formatting for windows?
Can anybody recommend a free utility? More specifically, I require something which allows me to create FAT32 filesystems so I can use an external storage drive on multiple operating systems ie; Linux, Mac & Windows. FAT32 seems to be the only non proprietary one that all OS's support (not sure about vista).

I used this tool to make a 500Gb HD work on a PS3 - Can verify that it works.
