What is the largest 2.5" HDD avalable?

I am upgrading my laptop & was looking for a huge HDD (1TB+).

The largest one I could find is 500GB

500 is the biggest 2.5 I've seen, ariel density will probably have to come up quite a bit before we see much bigger due to the limited space in a 2.5 HDA. Maybe next year :) http://www.techradar.com/news/mobile...-drives-148734 but I wouldn't hold my breath - and would have a great backup plan in mind!

500GB for SATA, 320GB for ATA. at least for the moment.
