Cloned HDD Wouldn't Boot

After reading recommendations for cloning a hard drive, I used xxclone to copy my 80gb Seagate to a new 160gb Western Digital. Both are sata. Everything went okay, but when I went to boot the cloned one, I get the blue screen of death. Is this a bad clone job? My pc:
Intel d865perl
2.5 gb ram
2.8ghz Pentium 4
80gb Seagate sata hd

Thanks!

Re: Cloned HDD Wouldn't Boot

After 2 attempts with Xxclone, I downloaded and used Western Digital's migrating tool Data Lifeguard. That's when I discovered that my bios needed to be changed to read a hard drive bigger than 137gb. Clone is working perfectly now. A couple of interesting notes, Restore It, a handy DOS based restore program that has saved my *** several times, uninstalled itself! I will reinstall it later. Also Avasti, immediately told me my license number was not valid.
