[SOLVED] Can't partition anymore

I want to partition my drive but it won't let me do it again. Why? I want to make a new partition out of 'H:'. Also, do I really need the recovery partition(D:) if I have recovery disks??

Just curious as to why you want to partition further? little to no performance increase, could actually decrease performance.

Well, I currently have Vista and 7 installed on different partitions and I need to install Linux for a class I am taking.
