Defragging pc
I have tried a couple of times to defrag the main pc, it has a 200gb hard drive and gets as far as 51% complete when it races ahead and says that it is complete, on the defragging scale it shows halve the bar as blue and the other halve white. I have a new 1 tb maxtor hard drive coming and am planning to remove all the music, videos and photos to that. I then plan on removing everything else and re-installing windows xp. If i wipe everything off, will it reformat the hard drive in the process or will that have to be done seperately.
