WD Elements 1TB external hard drive causes my pc to restart
I was bought ths hard drive for xmas but have been having issues with it.
It was plugged into the usb port for maybe an hour & before i realised it had restarted my pc but then it would not load up fully. It would stick on the packard bell logo. This was whilst the drive was new with nothing on it. I have no idea what could be causing this & wondered if anyone could help? My pc is windows home edition XP version 2002 service pack 3 Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40GHz 2.39GHz, 768MB of RAM Not sure what else would help. |
