Wrong Drive Build Issue in RAID1
I faced the problem through below steps
1. RAID 1 disks in Slots 0 and 1. 2. Shutdown server. 3. Remove disk in Slot 1 4. Boot server 5. Install other disk Slot 1(For Your Information the disk is not a Hot Spare) 6. Disk in Slot 1 should rebuild from metadata from Disk 0 but is reversed and metadata Slot 1 is being applied to Slot 0. Where might be the problem? Kindly revert me back Best Regards selvam |

Re: Wrong Drive Build Issue in RAID1
Hi,
I'm not sure I can answer your question but it would really help if you could provide us with your system specs. Paul
