My Kingwin 500 gb externalhard drive was working perfectly but is now not being recognized.
I am operating Vista sp 1
Computer Management says "Unknown and unreadable" but it has been working well until today.
Any solutions??

Re: Sandy

Checked with Seagate Tools. Short and long generic tests fail. Other tests unavailable.
