Lost
FOLKS..... I am trying , unsuccessfuly to download Vista to my HP dv2601us laptop I have two sets of recovery disks and still will not work. I have been in the HP tech chat room for days...all I ever get is SKU mismatch....LOST dumbfounded

What are you using to install from? . . a VISTA install disc or a Recovery disc from HP? What did the HP tech folks say?
Why are you wanting to reinstall?
