Evil General Issue

Hello, and thanks to all of you for helping in advance. Recently, my computer seems to be having major issues with just about any regular task, from loading a game to an internet page or even a you tube video. Just to provide a few examples, these are some. One of my favorite games, Company of Heroes, loads much slower than it previously did just a few months ago. Also. when browsing the internet, changing pages can often cause the page to freeze, just loading and loading until I am forced to use the task manager and force the window to close. This is an extremely frustrating issue, and Im not what exactly it is related to with my system, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

System Specs:
[CPU] AMD Athlon X2 6400+ @ 3.2 Ghz Water cooled
[RAM] 8 Gig DDR2 800 Mhz GEIL
[GPU] ASUS HD3870 STOCK
[MTHRBRD] ASUS M2-R32
[HDDR] I cant remember but its a 500 GB 7200 RPM

Re: General Issue

If this is a very recent happening, try doing a system restore back to when it operated normally and see if that helps.
