Second Hard drive magically transforms into DVD drive
Ok, first I just have to say that I am completely inept when it comes to hardware, so please don't use big technical words.
So i turned on my computer one day, and I was short a hard drive, and I had a spare DVD drive. An error message popped up saying something about not being able to read or write data. Then a few hours later, it was back to being a hard drive. And now a week later, I have an extra DVD drive once again. What could be wrong with my computer? I have already made sure that everything is properly plugged in, but that did not result in my hard drive being saved from living the rest of its life as a non-functioning DVD drive. |
