Hi
I am new here so I apologise if I have posted in the wrong area... I am hoping someone can help me...before my computer takes a sudden trip out of my bedroom window ![]() I suppose I should say that I have an iQon Windows Vista. I have already had to replace the network card and that works fine now. The problem I have is that the USB ports at the back of the computer don't work. (Ones I would use for my printer) I also have two USB ports on the front of the computer as well as MS/SD/MMC/CF/MD/SM slots. I know that the SD slot is so that I can download my pictures off of my digital camera so I am going to assume all the other slots are to be used in the same way...however...they don't work either. Funnily enough though the microphone slot and headphone slots work even though they are on the same panel as the two front USB ports. (I hope that makes sense) I have restored all the factory settings but it seems to have done nothing. Also...if someone could help...I have a copy of Microsoft Office XP however I can't use it because I do not have the product key code. Does anyone know how I can get round this. Any help would be appreciated. |
